Applications
Rectangular carboys are translucent, generally constructed from plastic, polyethylene and polypropylene, which provides excellent chemical compatibility with a wide range of laboratory chemicals and solutions. Thermo Scientific™Nalgene™ polycarbonate carboys are clear, have high impact- and temperature-resistance and allow for easy viewing of contents. The rectangular carboys come in a variety of sizes and materials, including some with wide-mouth openings, stainless steel handles, or spigots.
