Efficient-Pro Medium is a next-generation Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) medium used in the production of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), offering significant performance and ease-of-use improvements over earlier Gibco and competitor products. Designed to work optimally with Efficient-Pro Feed 1 and Efficient-Pro Feed 2 for use in CHO-K1 and DG-44/CHO-S cell lines respectively, the Efficient-Pro system increases titer and specific productivity, improves protein quality and metabolite profiles, and is easier to use with less solubility issues than other CHO media and feed offerings.
