Winnergy Medical Public Company Limited (WINMED) participated in the Hospital Blood Bank 2026 (HBB2026) conference, held under the theme "Where Strong Foundations Meet Cutting-Edge Science: Shaping the Future of Patient-Centered Care in Transfusion Medicine," from 8–10 July 2026 at the S.D. Avenue Hotel, Bangkok.
During the conference, WINMED showcased its latest technologies and medical solutions for transfusion medicine, highlighting innovations designed to enhance the safety, quality, and efficiency of blood services. The exhibition also provided an opportunity for physicians, medical technologists, transfusion specialists, and healthcare professionals from across Thailand to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging trends, and explore new approaches to advancing blood transfusion practices.
One of the conference highlights was a special lecture by Assoc. Prof. Capt. Dr. Parichart Phoempikul, titled "Transforming Transfusion Safety: Pathogen Inactivation for Better Outcomes." The session explored the application of Pathogen Inactivation (PI) technology in blood components to reduce the risk of transfusion-transmitted infections, improve blood safety, and support the adoption of internationally recognized standards in transfusion medicine.
