Held at the Wat Kok Phra Chedi School auditorium, the event was inaugurated by Professor Pol. Maj. Gen. Dr. Chatchanan Leeratempong, head of the Center of Experts on Drug Law Enforcement at the Royal Police Cadet Academy. The event also featured knowledge-sharing sessions on "Community Therapy for Sustainable Drug Problem Resolution."
